Attorney Alina Bershatski concentrates her practice exclusively on family law matters in Los Angeles County. She provides affordable limited scope services to those filing for uncontested divorce or paternity. Prior to opening her law firm, Ms. Bershatski worked at several prestigious private law firms and non-profit family law organizations, and clerked for a family law judge in Los Angeles Superior Court. Since 2011, she has been working at the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Self-Help Resource Center in downtown Los Angeles, one of the largest self-help centers in the United States. As a result, Ms. Bershatski has extensive experience and specialized knowledge of family law rules and court procedures in Los Angeles County.


Ms. Bershatski was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Ms. Bershatski earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Slavic Languages and Literature in 2003 from the University of California, Santa Barbara. During her years at college, Ms. Bershatski was admitted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society (top 10% academically) and made Honor Roll every semester. She graduated with highest honors and was awarded the Award for Academic Excellence in the Psychology Major for having the highest grade point average in her Psychology major of over 1,700 students.


Ms. Bershatski uses her strong academic background and her first-hand knowledge of family law procedure to better assist her clients.
